Sign on at wellsfargo.com, open the account, and choose Download Account Activity — available for deposit and credit card accounts — then pick the spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) format and a date range. Monthly statements download as PDFs from Statements & Documents. Activity downloads only reach back a limited window; for older months, convert the statement PDF above instead.
Can I get a spreadsheet of my whole Wells Fargo history?

Deposits and withdrawals in separate columns — handled?
Yes. Wells Fargo statements traditionally separate credits and debits into their own columns. The parser recognizes that layout (as well as single signed-amount layouts), assigns the correct sign to each transaction, and uses the running balance column — when present — to double-check the direction of every row.
Where does my statement go when I convert it?
The file goes nowhere: it is opened with JavaScript in your browser tab and never uploaded. The extracted text is parsed on our server in memory and discarded — never logged or stored.
What about scanned or image-only statements?
Image-only PDFs have no text layer to read, so the converter detects them and shows a clear message rather than producing garbage. If you downloaded the statement from Wells Fargo online banking, it almost certainly has a real text layer and will work. OCR for scans is on the roadmap.
I already paid but lost my license key — what do I do?
